Does the PULTOOL work for both the upper and lower aligners?
Yes! The same PULTOOL can be used to remove both aligners. Please see our instructional video for more details.
Will this work with aligners that a lot of attachments and buttons?
Yes! PULTOOL was especially designed for patients with a lot of attachments and buttons. We always recommend removing aligners starting from the back, on the inside of the mouth (the side with no attachments or buttons). Please see our instructional video for more details.
Will this work for snap-on dentures?
Yes! Latch the PULTOOL to the back of the denture and gently pull down and forward.
What is the rubber tooth cushion on the BITE ME 2 in 1 Tool for?
The rubber tooth cushion aka CHEWTOOL helps to close the gap between your teeth and the aligner. It slides down to the tip of the removal tool to help push your aligners into their correct place and to fit properly.
How long does each tool last before needing to be replaced?
One lasts your entire treatment! Although many people buy multiple tools to keep in different places or if they lose one.
Will this fit in my standard aligner case?
Mostly yes! Depending on how big your aligners are, you may need to tetris your PULTOOL or PUL System so that they all fit in your case.
How are PICK ME biodegradable?
The handle is completely biodegradable and compostable. Just snip off the floss thread and toss the handle in the compost!
Are PICK ME gluten-free and vegan?
Yes! Our product is corn-based and no animal products were used to create our flosspicks.
Are PICK ME compostable?
Yes! It will fully decompose within 30 days in a commercial composter.
What are the ingredients of FIZZ ME?
Sodium Bicarbonate, Potassium peroxymonosulfate, Sodium percarbonate, Citric Acid, PEG-150, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Benzoate, TAED, Peppermint oil, Indigo (CI73015)
Is this product tested on animals and is it vegan?
Our products are NEVER tested on animals, and we do not use animal products. It is vegan!
Is FIZZ ME gluten-free?
Yes! No gluten is in our cleansing tablets.
How does CARRY ME stay closed?
We use grade 8 magnets (grade 5 & 8 are the strongest ceramic magnets) to help keep the case closed.
What is the retainer case made of?
It is made of food-grade plastic.
Does the aligner case have a venting system?
No. Similar to other name-brand aligner cases, we do not have a venting system.
